You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of initial purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We will pay for return standard ground shipping within the United States on items purchased from www.WorkBootHaven.com/Heiser Warehouse, LLC. For unworn merchandise, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in original condition and packaging. If you would like to make an exchange; (wrong size) please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Exchanges will be shipped to you upon receipt of returned product.
Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receiving. Once the condition of your boots has been reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped to you.
We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
All in stock items will ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on Holidays will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS with the exception of PO Boxes, which are shipped via USPS.

In-stock items arrive within 7-10 business days once your order has shipped. Any additional taxes, duties or fees are not included in your order total, and are due upon receipt of your shipment.
We do not currently ship outside the US and Canada.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
